Because of UConn

UConn A-Z is a custom letterform project created for the University of Connecticut Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting fundraising and alumni engagement efforts at the University of Connecticut. My classmate Julie Wakefield and I developed a full custom letterform set, a poster, individual postcards, and a postcard book. All of these materials were created as part of the Foundation's Because of UConn campaign to be sent to top donors, aimed at personalized engagement and incentive to continue to support UConn.

Award

2025 Silver Award in Student Print from the Connecticut Art Director's Club

Each letter of the alphabet relates to the university, such as B for basketball, G for Global Impact, and D for Dairy Bar. We were provided with the words and branding elements, including the color palette and typography system for the book, but were free to determine the illustration style and visual of each letter.
